NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received from qualified firms for Space <br />Planning Services. <br />Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be accepted until Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at <br />noon. Proposals received after this date/time will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the <br />proposer to ensure that any proposals submitted have sufficient time to be received by the City of <br />Santa Ana prior to this proposal due date and time. <br />Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked clearly with following information, <br />formatted as follows: <br />"SEALED PROPOSAL FOR <br />SPACE PLANNING SERVICES <br />RFP NO. 17-057 <br />IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL." <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Attn.: Margaret Mercer <br />Public Works Agency; <br />20 Civic Center Plaza; 4th Floor Reception, Ross Annex <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />MANDATORY PRE -PROPOSAL JOB WALK <br />A mandatory pre -proposal job walk is scheduled for this contract as follows: <br />• Monday, May 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. <br />City of Santa Ana <br />20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />Meet in Lobby near Public Works Counter. <br />The job walls will include a discussion of the project, an overview of the City's expectations of <br />the awarded contractor, and an opportunity for prospective proposers to view the job site and ask <br />questions of City staff on any matter in the RFP. Questions and answers deemed to be of interest <br />to all prospective proposers will become addenda posted on the City's bid management and <br />publications website. It is the proposers' responsibility to check the site for that information and <br />any other information pertinent to the RFP. City will make every effort to post the questions and <br />answers within two (2) business days of the job walk. Proposers' operation/field supervisors are <br />strongly encouraged to attend the job walk. <br />Proposals shall be mailed, hand delivered, or sent by courier service.
