Ordinance Amendment No. 2017-01 —Amending Certain Sections of Chapter 18 (Medical <br />Marijuana Collectives/Cooperatives) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />June 20, 2017 <br />Page 3 <br />The proposed amendments will clarify administrative procedures, remove certain unenforceable <br />provisions such as overnight cash reserve limits, and treat the collectives/cooperatives similar to <br />other establishments where prescription drugs are sold. Moreover, staff has reviewed the <br />proposed amendments to ensure consistency with other provisions of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, including Chapter 41 (Zoning).
