Huizar <br />On April 4, 2017, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa ("SAHA") approved your <br />proposal for twenty-five (25) project -based vouchers ("PBVs") for permanent supportive <br />housing to be used at the Aqua Housing project located at 317 East 17th Street, Santa <br />Ana, CA 92706 ("Project'). On June 20, 2017, SAHA approved an amendment to your <br />original Project award for an additional thirty-one (31) PBVs for permanent supportive <br />housing, for a total of fifty-six (56) PBVs for the Project. The Project consists of a fifty- <br />seven (57) unit affordable multi -family apartment complex and will be made available at <br />affordable rents with wrap-around supportive services to chronically homeless <br />individuals. This approval is contingent upon completion of a subsidy layering analysis of <br />the Project by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"). Should <br />the Project be awarded low-income housing tax credits, the analysis will be conducted by <br />the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee. <br />The basic terms of the award are as follows: <br />• Funding Source: The fifty-six (56) PBVs will be funded exclusively out of the tenant - <br />based voucher program annual budget authority received by SAHA from HUD. <br />SANTA ANA CITY COUNCIL <br />Miguel A Pulido Michele Martinez Vicente Sarmiento Jose Solorio P.
