(d) Historic Resources Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, two (2) <br />meetings maximum per month. <br />(e) Board of Recreation and Parks, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, two (2) <br />meetings maximum per month. <br />(f) Environmental and Transportation Advisory Committee, fifty dollars ($50.00) <br />per meeting, two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br />(g) Youth Commission, one (1) meeting per month, three (3) special meetings <br />maximum per year. Compensation to be approved by City Council with the <br />following options presented: <br />Option 1: Youth Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting for regular <br />and associate members, one (1) meeting maximum per month <br />and three (3) special meetings maximum per year. <br />Option 2: Youth Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting for regular <br />and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting for alternate <br />members, one (1) meeting maximum per month and three (3) <br />special meetings maximum per year. <br />Option 3: Youth Commission, [To be written for First Reading at the <br />Pleasure of the City Council.] <br />Section 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any <br />court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it <br />would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase <br />or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, <br />sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br />ADOPTED this _ day of 2017. <br />Miguel A.
