CITY MANAGER'S COMMENTS <br />Interim City Manager Kurtz: <br />• Honored to serve as Interim City Manager; <br />• Announced that the Andalucia Apartments were selected as Orange <br />County's Top Affordable & Workforce Housing Development at Annual <br />Awards Ceremony; and <br />• Orange County Fire Authority holding a training session live burn on Friday <br />and Saturday that will be controlled. <br />90B.
