2017-18 Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center <br />Youth Employment Program - WIOA Proposal <br />F. How often will the youth be engaged or receive service during the follow-up period. — <br />AII Youth will be asked to keep in contact and meet regularly with the case managers <br />and the educational counselor every month for the 15Y quarter. After that, they are <br />asked to contact and speak with the case manager on a quarterly basis. However, youth <br />are encouraged to engage as frequently as possible with the WIOA staff! Depending on <br />the youth's needs, they are able to meet with any WIOA Staff as often as needed. Also, <br />they are given the opportunity to take any credential programs offered at our agency, <br />Life Skills classes, and any Workshops/tra!nings offered during any of their follow up <br />periods. This will provide our youth the opportunity to continue to be engaged in our <br />center, on a weekly basis. <br />15.WIOA Performance Indicators <br />A. Include a flow chart or visual aid or brief explanation of how your organization will meet the <br />following WIOA Performance Indicators: <br />1.
