Huizar <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a <br />public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance repealing existing mobile food vehicle <br />regulations (Chapter 36 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code section 36-700 through 36- <br />720 and section 36-50 through 36-63), and remove said sections from the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code and replacing them with new regulations to protect the public's health <br />and safety in accordance with Vehicle Code section 22455 and the California Retail <br />Food Code and County of Orange Health Care Agency/Environmental Health. <br />This matter will be heard on June 6, 2017 at 5:45 p.m., or as soon as possible <br />thereafter, in the Council Chamber, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
