NS -2921 — AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA REPEALING AND REENACTING IN THEIR ENTIRETY ARTICLES 1, II, III, AND V <br />OF CHAPTER 39 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING WATER AND <br />SEWERS AND AMENDING RELATED SECTIONS 1-18.2, 16-38, 18-602, AND 18-603 OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE f <br />Since introduction of ordinance, a few typographical errors were discovered. The strikeout <br />version attached reflect changes that are non -substantive. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 - Community Health, Livability, <br />Engagement & Sustainability, Objective #1 (Establish a comprehensive community engagement <br />initiative to expand access to information and create opportunities for stakeholders to play an active <br />role in discussing public policy and setting priorities). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />11A-1 <br />
