Service will not be restored until such <br />conditions or defects are corrected. <br />(2) When the agency encounters water uses that represent a clear and <br />immediate hazard to the potable water supply, the agency shall institute the procedure <br />for discontinuing the city water service. <br />(3) Conditions or water uses that create a basis for refusal to provide or <br />termination of water service shall include, but are not limited to, any of the following items: <br />(A) Refusal to install a required device. <br />(B) Refusal to test a device. <br />11 A-30 <br />Ordinance No. NS-xxX <br />Page 28 of 58 <br />
