Discussion ensued regarding the <br />upgrade of the license, signage, unpermitted tenant improvements and entertainment <br />permit. Paul Sepulveda, business manager, spoke in support of the matter. Vice Chair <br />McLoughlin opened the public hearing. Chris Schmidt, representative from Windsor <br />Village Neighborhood Association, requested that the item be continued to address the <br />excessive signage and LED flashing animated sign.
