sena Ana City Council <br />20 Civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Aaa, California 92702 <br />R:: One Broadway plaza <br />Honorable Mayor and Council Members: <br />As a resident of Santa Ana, I am very excited to hear about the proposed One Broadway <br />Plazz project This projec is essential for the city in many ways. Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth. which is dememly needed, for ftnum mcc=s of Santa Ana. One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Sarna .Arta the recognition as a cultural hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the onside perception of Sarna Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange Covniy, encouraging pard vi <br />offices <br />to relocate their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's urban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many times, developers build on the outside edges of the city, which kills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A office building in the heart of Santa Ana will bring back lift to <br />the Downtown/Nfidtown areas.
