Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is desperately needed, for future success of Santa Ana One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Ana the recognition as a cultural hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside perception of Sama Ana and will gain rile <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange County, encouraging professional offices <br />to relocate their headquartrs to our downtown <br />One Broadway Plaza's urban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many tithes, developers build on the outside edges of the city, which kills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A office building in the heart of Santa Ana will bring back life to <br />the Downtown/Wtown areas.
