Not oniy will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is desperately needed, for Iture success of Santa Ana. One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Arta the recognition as a cultural hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside perception of Sama Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capital City of Orange County, encouraging professional office& <br />to relocate their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's turban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. Se <br />many times, developers build on the outside edges of the city, which (tills our downtown <br />areas. having a Class A office building in the heat of Santa A1na wit] bring back lift to <br />the Downtown/Midtown areas, I appreciate the attention the developer has given in <br />succsssfWly weaving the historic past of Santa Ana with the future, providing urban <br />piazas and gathering areas far the residents. <br />1 am_100% supportive of this project and aacourage 100"a support, for the future success <br />Of the city, from the council.
