Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is despetawly needed, for figure success of Santa Ana One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Ana the recognition as a cultural hub .for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside perception of Santa Ana and willain the <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange Countgain <br />encouraging professional offices <br />to relocate their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's urban setting and locafion is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many dmM developers build on the outside edges of the city, which kills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A office building in the heart of Santa Ana will bring back life to <br />the DowntowwMidtown areas.
