Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark,for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is desperately needed, for future avecesa of Santa Ana. One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Ana the recognition as a cultural hub for Orange- <br />County. <br />rangeCounty. This project will change the outside Pere -motion of Santa Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capital City of Orange County, encouraging professional office. - <br />to relocate their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's uthan setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many times, developers build on the outside edges of the airy, which kills our downtown <br />areas.
