Santa Ana City Council <br />20 Civic Ceuta Plaza <br />Santa Ana, California 92902 <br />Honorable Mayor and Council Members: <br />As a resident of Santa Ana, I am very excited to hear about the proposed One Broadway <br />Plaza project. This project is essential for the city in many ways. Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is despcMly needed, for future success of Santa Ana. One Broadway <br />Plana will give the City of Santa Ana the recognition as a culttual hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside perception of Santa Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange County, encouraging professional offices <br />to relocate their headquarters to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's urban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many times, developers bund on the outside edges of the city, which (rills our downtown <br />areas. Having a Class A office bmlding in the heart of Sama Ana will bring back lift to <br />the Downtown/Mtdtown areas.
