Not only will One <br />Broadway Plaza be an Icon Landmark for the city, but also will provide economic <br />growth, which is desperately needed, for fttwre success of Santa Ana One Broadway <br />Plaza will give the City of Santa Ana the recognition as a cultural hub for Orange <br />County. This project will change the outside perception of Santa Ana and will gain the <br />pride and respect as the Capitol City of Orange County, encouraging professional offices <br />to relocate their headquartees to our downtown. <br />One Broadway Plaza's urban setting and location is ideal for the City of Santa Ana. So <br />many tames, developers build on the outside edgm of the city, winch ]ills our downtown <br />Weas. Having a Class A office building in the heart of Santa Ana will bring back fife to <br />the DowntowwMdtown areas.
