If additional services are requested which exceed the total amount stated above, this agreement will be modified in writing to provide for such additional work and/or increased dollar amount. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. Consultant and client shall indemnify, defend, and hold the other harmless from and against all claims, costs, demands, liabilities, expenses, damages and losses (including without limitation attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with the negligent performance of the services described in, or breach of, this agreement, by the indemnifying party. This proposal is valid for 30 days.
