Bird House <br />HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION ACTION <br />On July 20, 2017, the Historic Resources Commission recommended that the City Council <br />authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached Mills Act <br />agreements with the identified property owners for the historic structures, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />DISCUSSION <br />This action allows for the, approval of a Historic Property Preservation Agreement (Mills Act <br />Contract) which provides a potential property tax reduction allowing the property owner to <br />25A-1 <br />
