SCOPE OF WORK <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />FOR SPACE PLANNING <br />RFP NO.: 17-057 <br />City Yard Location <br />Description of Work: <br />Exhibit A <br />Implementation of space plans for the PWA Administration Building at the City Yard complex 1st and <br />2nd floor offices, located at 220 S. Daisy Street. The City Yard project scope includes the following: <br />a. I st Floor — Reconfiguration of approximately 1,500 square feet of office space to <br />accommodate 21 cubicles. <br />b. 2nd Floor — Reconfiguration of a 3 -person office to a 6 -cubicle configuration (Room 213A). <br />c. 2nd Floor — Reconfiguration of an office to accommodate 3 cubicles (Room 213B) <br />d. 2nd Floor — Redesign an office with new furniture placement for a single workstation (Room <br />209). <br />i. Built-ins to be removed and walls repaired as needed prior to new furniture install. <br />ii. Furnishings include wall -mounted overhead storage cabinet(s) with ganging task <br />lights and tack board. All to match cubicles in other offices. <br />Contractor responsibility includes the following: <br />a. Ensuring that electrical service terminates at base feeds and plugs. (Design may include <br />power poles.) <br />b. Provision of raceway for communications and network cables. <br />c. Tear -down and transport of existing cubicles and furniture for storage in a temporary location <br />at the City Yard. (Location to be determined.) <br />d. Removal and disposal of any debris, trash, and/or recyclables. <br />e. Ensure that project design matches existing, wherever possible. <br />Additional/Alternate Pricing: <br />The following items (where needed) are separately priced for completion as turn -key: <br />• Carpet tiles, as needed (Requested Vendor: Tandus) <br />• Options for replacement chairs (Actual quantities to be determined before installation) <br />
