APPROVE A COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS <br />ANGELES/ORANGE COUNTIES BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES <br />COUNCIL AND THE SIGNATORY CRAFT COUNCILS AND UNIONS; ADOPT A <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY’S BASIC CLASSIFICATION AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN AND ANNUAL BUDGET {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. <br />GOAL 2, 4a} - City Manager's Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Authorize the Interim City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute the <br />Community Workforce Agreement with the Los Angeles/Orange Counties <br />Building and Construction Trades Council and the Signatory Craft Councils and <br />Unions for Prime Multi-Trade Construction Contracts over $250,000 and <br />Specialty Contracts over $100,000 for five years subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney <br />(AGMT.
