ARTICLE X <br />10.0 VACATION <br />10,1 Purpose. It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide <br />them with a break in their regular work schedule, slid this purpose will be used as a guide <br />in the administration of the provisions of this Article. <br />10.2 Vacation. <br />A. Effective January 1, 2016, the regular and longevity vacation accruals of bargaining <br />unit members shall be combined into one single vacation bank. The accrual rates <br />will remain the same. However, after January 1, 2016 there will no longer be a <br />reference to longevity vacation.
