ARTICLE XV <br />15.0 SAFETY <br />15.1 The City and the employees of the City agree to comply with all applicable federal, state <br />and local laws, and City of Santa Ana regulations, which relate to health and safety. <br />ARTICLE XVI <br />16.0 RESIDENCY <br />16.1 To the extent possible, the City shall perform any and all acts necessary to remove <br />limitations upon where employees reside who are covered by this MOU. <br />At the discretion of the Police Chief, selected special duty assignments may be designated <br />as rapid response assignments.
