Appendix <br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />FOR <br />RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION -RELOCATION AND <br />PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />RFP NO, 17-065 <br />Introduction and Background: <br />The City of Santa Ana is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek qualified On -Call <br />Right of Way Specialty Services fines to provide On -Call Right of Way Specialty services on all <br />as -needed basis. <br />From the proposals received, it is the City's goal to select one or more frees to enter into <br />agreement(s). The capital 'improvement projects needing the right-of-way services include; but <br />not limited, to Warner Avenue; Bristol Street, Fairview Avenue; and Grand Avenue Street <br />Improvements. The total amount to be expended shall be shared among all consultants providing <br />these services. <br />The services being considered for contract are the following "Specialty Areas": <br />Maximum Contract <br />Specialty Areas Aggregate Amount <br />Al Acquisition/Relocation * $600,000 <br />A2 Pro ent Management Services * $400,000 <br />Consultants are encouraged to prepare proposals for multiple specialty areas listed above. <br />Each Specialty Area shall be submitted individually in response to the RFP. From the <br />proposals received, it is the City's goal to select one to two firms for each of the specialty <br />services (Al and A2). The City will enter into separate agreements (the "Agreement") with <br />each of these firms. Work will be assigned by Contract Task Orders. As tasks are identified, <br />they will be distributed among these firms based upon their ability to perform the required <br />work within the project schedule and budget constraints. Detailed scope of work and the fee <br />will be outlined when a specific task is assigned to a consultant. The City reserves the right to <br />distribute the work in any manner which will best serve the City's interests. <br />* Please note that Right of way firms are welcome to submit proposals for both Specialty <br />Areas.
