The City reserves the right to award the Base Bid, and any, all, or none of the add -alternate bid items (if any). * The quantity for this bid item is shown for bid comparison only. The actual amount for this item will be dictated by the actual quantity used, and the Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of this item accordingly.
