I <br />Clean Two (2) Police Lunchroom Refrigerators: (One refrigerator— on Mondays, one refrigerator <br />— on Fridays). Clean interior and exterior of refrigerator surfaces. Dispose of all food and <br />temporary containers. Do not dispose of permanent containers, such as those made of glass or metal. <br />Spray Buffing of Hard Floors: Clean and restore a uniform gloss and <br />protective finish to resilient tile or terrazzo floors that are finished with a floor finish. All chairs, <br />trash receptacles, etc, shall be tilted or moved where necessary to spray buff underneath. The entire <br />floor shall have a uniform, glossy appearance, free of scuff marks, heel marks, and other stains, and <br />shall be removed from baseboards, furniture, trash receptacles, etc. <br />Dusting of Blinds and Draperies: Clean all blinds, shades, and draperies. Care shall be taken not <br />to spread dust into the air. <br />vustnng of Ceumg. Atrium ledges Lunchroom drywall ledges, and Wall HVAC Vents: Clean <br />all HVAC vents and area immediately surrounding them. Dust all atrium ledges at the glass/wood <br />railing areas and at the atrium stairs. Dust lunchroom drywall ledges. Care shall be taken not to <br />spread dust into the air. <br />High Dusting: Remove dust, cobwebs, oily film, etc., from all fixtures and surfaces above 11 feet <br />from the top of the floor. This includes lights, grills, light fixtures, pipes, sprinkler system, cables, <br />ledges, walls, atrium wood and ledges, ceilings, vents, etc. Care shall be taken not to spread dust into <br />the air. Dust free products shall be used such as micro fiber dusting rags. <br />nose wasn ang '1'rasp Fick Up of Exterior Canine Kennel Trash Comnactor Area. and <br />Loading Dock: Using department supplied hose, wash down area into floor drain. Pick up trash. <br />MONTHLY <br />Cleanina/Dusting of Trophv Cases: Remove items from trophy cases located on the In and 2nd <br />floor; wipe down interior shelves, interior/exterior of glass doors. <br />Machine Scrubbing of Glazed Tile and Stone Floors: Deep cleaning to be performed in a manner <br />to remove heavy stains, mildew and mineral deposits from the surface. After scrubbing, the surfaces <br />shall be rinsed thoroughly to remove all remaining cleaning solution. After cleaning, the floor and <br />grout shall have a uniform appearance free from film, minerals, deposits, corrosion stains, etc. Areas <br />not accessible with the buffer shall be manually scrubbed with an abrasive pad.
