On <br />February 3, 2017 staff presented a revised set of amendments which comprised of Commissioners <br />Bacerra, McLoughlin and Mendoza. The Zoning and General Plan Subcommittee recommended <br />minor changes and noted that the proposed amendments would create a user and business friendly <br />version of Chapter 41 (Zoning) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />Public Notification <br />The proposed amendments are citywide and the project site is not located within the boundaries of <br />one single neighborhood association. However, a notice was published in the Orange County <br />Register. At the time of this printing, no correspondence, by phone, written, or electronic, has been <br />received from any members of the public. <br />75A-8 <br />
