Review 2016 Legislative Scorecard Assistant to the City Manager Mark Lawrence reviewed the 2016 Legislative Scorecard providing an update on legislative accomplishments for calendar year 2016. 7. Review Proposed 2017 Legislative Platform Assistant to the City Manager Mark Lawrence presented the proposed 2017 Legislative Platform for consideration. The Platform serves as the guiding document for legislative efforts for calendar year 2017 and is aligned with State and Federal priorities. 8. Quarterly Federal Legislative Update from Holland & Knight — 2016 Year-end and First Quarter 2017 Leslie Poliner and Dan Maldonado highlighted some of the specific activities and accomplishments made by Holland & Knight on behalf of the City. 9. Quarterly State Legislative Update from Townsend Public Affairs — 2016 Year- end and First Quarter 2017 Casey Elliot provided the Committee with a summary of the efforts undertaken by Townsend Public Affairs on behalf of the City as well as highlights of upcoming state issues as they relate to the City's priorities.
