Labor Market Information: Access to information on labor market trends, statistics, and <br />other data related to the economy, wages, industries, etc. <br />7. Employer information and referral: Provision of information on topics of interest to <br />employers such as services available in the community, local training providers, federal laws <br />and requirements, tax information, apprenticeship programs, human resource practices, alien <br />labor certification, incentive programs such as WOTC or the federal bonding program, etc. <br />8. Rapid Response and Layoff Aversion: Provision of services to prevent downsizing or <br />closure or to assist during layoff events, Strategies may include incumbent worker training to <br />avert lay-offs, financing options, employee ownership options, placement assistance, worker <br />assessments, establishment of transition centers, labor-management committees, peer <br />counseling, etc. <br />Required Consolidated Budget for the Delivery of "Applicable Career Services" <br />The other system costs budget must be a consolidated budget for applicable career services. Consequently, the Phase II MOU must include an assurance from <br />all non -co -located partners that they agree to pay their proportionate share of infrastructure <br />costs as soon as sufficient data are available <br />By signing, all parties agree that when data are available to determine the AJCC benefit to <br />non -co -located partners, the infrastructure cost sharing agreement will be renegotiated to <br />include their proportionate share of contributions as appropriate. <br />17 <br />
