Acting Executive Director Candida Neal spoke on minor proposed amendment to bylaws <br />to be in conformance with the Brown Act. Discussion ensued regarding language in the <br />Brown Act related to placing a matter of business on a future agenda and making the <br />proposed language clearer. Elect a Representative from the Planning Commission to the Historic Resources <br />Commission for the 2017-2018 term. <br />Chairperson Verino called for nominations for Chairperson.
