Huizar <br />Re, Extension of On -Call Sewer and 'Water System Repair Services Agreement No. <br />A-2014-228 <br />Dear Mr. Basic: <br />Pursuant to Section 4 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2014-228 entered into by W.A. Rasic, <br />Construction Company and the City of Santa. Ana, dated September 16, 2014, the time period of <br />said Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) year period from September 16, 2017 <br />to September 15, 2019. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to <br />cover this extension.
