Full resumes for each follow. <br />ISABELLE MINN, ASIA, LEEO AP I Principal Time Commitment:l0% <br />Role: Principal -in -Charge <br />Isabelle has nearly 15 years of experience in community -based design and <br />planning. Her work has focused on landscape architecture and urban design, <br />with an emphasis on the protection of open space and natural resources, as well <br />as improving and greening our urban areas. She has managed a wide range of <br />projects, from large, open space master plans to urban forestry plans and site <br />planning and design, She has managed manytrail planning and design projects, <br />from large-scale trail master plans to construction documents, and she is an <br />expert on the development of urban greening projects, including the planning, <br />design, and development of urban agricultural facilities and community gardens. <br />C.C. LAGRANGE, AsLA I Associate Time Commitment: 15 % <br />Role; Project Manager <br />C.C.'s passion for creating well -crafted public spaces extends from the comprehensive <br />planning of new communities down to the smallestdetalls of construction materials, <br />giving her projects a deep level of cohesiveness. She has successfully worked with <br />a variety of public agencies, from small cities to large regulatory bodies. She was <br />project manager for the award -winning Los Angeles County Comprehensive Parks <br />and Recreation Needs Assessment, which collected and analyzed parks data from <br />188 study areas to determine and document park needs across the county. This work <br />supported the passage of a countywide parks funding measure in 2016, and C.C. is <br />currently assistingwith the implementation.
