Altachmen[ 3-9:'i'imelinre/Schedule <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />PlaceWorks will conduct a Recreational Value Assessment comparing the three <br />proposed park sites (6th Street, Raitt Street, and Orange/McFadden Ave.) to the <br />Centennial Park site. PROJECT INITIATION AND DATA COLLECTION <br />Task id Kick-off Meeting <br />The PlaceWorks team will conduct a kick-off meeting with the Project Manager <br />from the City and any other key staff. The goal of the initial meeting will be to <br />review the project objectives, timeline, and schedule and to refine or make any <br />needed changes to our scope. <br />Assumptions; <br />City staff will arrange meeting location, time, and date, and Invite <br />meeting attendees. <br />Deliverable(s): <br />- Kick-off Meeting Agenda, Meeting Materials, and Summary Meeting Notes <br />Task 1.2 Site Visit <br />The PlaceWorks team will tour the Centennial Park site and proposed park sites <br />accompanied by a City staff representative. This will provide an opportunity to <br />ensure proposed design elements are understood prior to analyzing the park <br />sites. City staff will provide' information on the development of the proposed <br />park sites, including conceptual designs, environmental documents, planning <br />documents, and public participation. The site visit will Ideally be scheduled <br />immediately following the kick-off meeting. <br />Assumptions: <br />- City will provide a tour of proposed park sites. City will provide project <br />background information. <br />Task 1.3 Preliminary Consultation with National Park Service <br />PlaceWorks will have a preliminary conversation with the National Park Service <br />(NPS) to discuss the project and confirm assessment needs for their review. <br />Should additional analysis or documentation be needed beyond what has been <br />souped, PlaceWorks will discuss these changes with City staff. <br />Assumptions. <br />- city staff will provide NPS contact information. <br />Deliverabte(s): <br />- Summary Discussion Notes <br />Task 1.4 Ongoing Meetings and Project Management <br />PlaceWorks will provide ongoing projectmanagementto ensure an efficient process <br />that meets all schedule requirements. PlaceWorks will conduct periodic meetings <br />or conference calls with City staff to discuss project status and key deliverables. <br />This will include up to two in -person meetings wFth Clty staffto review deliverables, <br />as well as bi-weekly conference calls to provide updates on project status. <br />Deliverable(s): <br />- 2 Meeting Agendas and Summaries, and Phone Call Action Item Emails <br />40 CITY OF SANTA ANA RFP NO. 17.062 1 RECREATIONAL VALUE ASSESSMENT <br />
