to city, conversations with community and faithbased groups, other municipalities and the County have <br />been held to provide a more coordinated and regional effort to address homelessness throughout the <br />County. <br />The City of Santa Ana is the hosts the County's transitional homeless shelter that provides a safe sleep <br />for 400 individuals each evening and services to over 600 individuals each day. <br />Numerous programs were funded with CDBG and ESG funds to assist these individuals.
