There is a 15 -day public comment period prior to the submission of the CAPER to <br />HUD. The CAPER is made available for review at the Santa Ana Main Library, Office of the Clerk of the <br />Council, Community Development Agency 6th Floor Reception Area, and on the City's website. In <br />addition, a public hearing is held by the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission to obtain <br />public comments, with the City Council authorizing the submission of the report to HUD. The City will <br />consider all comments received from residents, public agencies and other interested parties. A summary <br />of public comments will be included with the final submission.
