• The City will require owners of City HOME- and CDBG-assisted rental units to continuously <br />review the demographic makeup of their tenants. If and when such review indicates that their <br />tenants no longer reflect the City's minority population, they will be required to inform the City <br />of that fact and request City review and approval of steps they will take to correct that <br />deficiency. <br />• Compliance with the City's affirmative marketing requirements and procedures will be made an <br />obligation of all rental property owners receiving HOME or CDBG assistance from the City of <br />Santa Ana, and will be enforceable by means of appropriate actions described in loan <br />documents recorded through the County of Orange. <br />Record keeping: <br />• The City will require owners of its HOME- and CDBG- <br />marketing plan to make an annual report to the City <br />comply with this Program.
