Huizar <br />Pursuant to the above referenced Agreement entered into by Kosmont & Associates, Inc. dba Kosmont <br />Companies and the City of Santa Ana dated July 7, 2017, the time period of said Agreement {Section 3 — <br />"Term"} is hereby extended for an additional ninety (90) days, through January 3, 2018. The insurance <br />certificates and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this <br />extension.
