Once a qualified respondents list is created, the City will utilize this list and enter into <br />registration service contracts. The list of prequalified proposers shall remain active for a <br />three (3) year period. <br />IV. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />All Proposals shall include the following information: <br />Letter of Introduction - Briefly describe the firm <br />e-mail, and phone number of the contact person <br />the respondent understands of the scope <br />approach to the scope of services. Insurance Requirements - All required insurance must be current and up- <br />to-date in advance and renewed annually.
