Mitchell House) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on July 7, 2017 and notices mailed <br />on July 7, 2017. <br />Assistant Planner Orozco provided a presentation which included an overview of the <br />architectural style and history of the property. Chairperson Christy opened the public <br />hearing. There were no speakers on the matter and the hearing was closed. <br />MOTION: <br />1.
