APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES FOR THE SANTA ANA DELHI CHANNEL DIVERSION PROJECT <br />(PROJECT NO. 16-6467) (STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 2) - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to amend <br />the agreement with AECOM Technology Corporation by extending the <br />term through December 16, 2019, and increasing the compensation by an <br />amount not to exceed $278,321, for a total agreement amount not to <br />exceed $750,000, subject to nonsubstantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2017-250). <br />25H. APPROVE AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />FOR THE WALNUT PUMP STATION BUILDING UPGRADE PROJECT <br />(PROJECT NO. 11-6412) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1C) - Public Works <br />Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with NV5 Global, Inc., for a two-year term beginning <br />September 19, 2017, and expiring on September 18, 2019, with provisions <br />for a one-year extension exercisable by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney, for a total amount not to exceed $180,000 over the entire life of <br />the agreement, including any renewal period, subject to nonsubstantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
