INSURANCE NOT ON FILE <br />WORK MAY NE PROCEED <br />CLERK OF <br />DATE OCT <br />A-2014-188-02 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on September <br />19, 2017, by and between Econolite Systems, Inc., a California corporation ("Contractor"), and <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2014-188, dated August 5, 2014 ("Agreement"), <br />by which Contractor agreed to provide traffic signal and street light systems maintenance. <br />B. The original term of the Agreement was from September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2017, <br />and was extended for an additional one year period through August 31, 2018 by letter extension <br />No. A-2014-188-01. <br />C. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to reflect the change of the Contractor's name from <br />Aegis ITS, Inc. to Econolite Systems, Inc., which became effective on or about August 15, <br />2017, as evidenced by Exhibit A. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. All references to "Aegis ITS, Inc." are changed to "Econolite Systems, Inc.". <br />2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />MA IA D.
