Section 1— Overview' 2015 <br />Native Cal OES Consultation Policy. <br />American <br />Allocations All subrecipients are encouraged to coordinate with Tribal Governments to <br />(cont.) ensure that Tribal needs are considered in their grant applications. r <br />Subrecipient FY2015 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) subrecipient allocations are <br />Allocations included in Appendix A. All HSGP-funded work must be completed within the <br />subrecipient period of performance. <br />NIMS Prior to allocation of any federal preparedness awards in FY201, 5, recipients <br />Implementation must ensure and maintain adoption and implementation of the National Incident <br />Management System (NIMS).
