NS -2928 — AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 4, PERTAINING TO THE ARMSTRONG RANCH <br />DEVELOPMENT, TO ALLOW TEMPORARY SALES OFFICES, MODIFY THE PARKING STANDARDS <br />AND INCORPORATE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR A SMALL LOT SUBDIVISION (SD -4) (ZOA <br />NO. 2017-02) FOR THE PROJECT AT 2001 W. MACARTHUR BOULEVARD <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 - Community Health, Livability, <br />Engagement & Sustainability, Objective #1 (Establish a comprehensive community engagement initiative <br />to expand access to information and create opportunities for stakeholders to play an active role in <br />discussing public policy and setting priorities). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Maria D.
