The last sub -section allowed for individual <br />dealerships to place a logo or manufacturer's product name on the solid portion of the <br />pylon structure. The determination was made to remove such sub -section in order to <br />guarantee that a clean, sleek, and full color digital electronic message display sign will <br />complete the look for the Auto Mall that provides an industrial modern style. <br />D. On September 25, 2017 the Planning Commission held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on Zoning Ordinance Amendment 2017-03. <br />E. The City Council has held a noticed public hearing on this Ordinance and <br />has considered all testimony presented thereto. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 2: In order to implement a regulatory framework that both protects the health, <br />safety, and welfare of the city and promotes business growth for business operators and <br />developers, Section 8 of the Specific Development (SD) No. 60 is hereby amended such that it <br />reads as follows: <br />Section 8.
