The Clerk of the Council will present several options for full Council consideration at <br />an upcoming City Council meeting. <br />COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Jose Solorio expressed interest in the City taking a position on the proposed <br />Edison rate increases. <br />Councilmember Vicente Sarmiento is interested in collaborating with the Orange County <br />Water District regarding Assembly Bill 1235: Santa Ana River Conservancy Program which <br />Assemblymember Tom Daly is sponsoring.
