Siemens assumes use of existing <br />City owned properties and structures. Siemens assumes use of non -City owned properties for the <br />purposes of communications. The City of Santa Ana is responsible for all cooperative agreements <br />with adjacent properties. <br />• All permits and submittals to city, or local AH7, are by others and excluded from this scope of work. <br />All permitting for the project will be quoted separately, at the time of submission. PE Stamped <br />drawings are excluded and shall be proposed, prior to permit submission, if required. <br />• All pricing and design assumptions are based on available line -of -site. Any changes in design due to <br />sight obstructions or client requirements may require additional costs. <br />• Siemens requires signed agreement or acceptable client Purchase Order, prior to all work <br />commencement, including parts acquisition or project mobilization. <br />• All equipment not itemized on detailed bill of materials will be at additional cost. Siemens has <br />provided equipment based on site walk with SAPD representative.
