Exhibit B-9: MSA with Siemens <br />and City of Santa Ana <br />City of Santa Ana - Detention Center <br />60 Civic Center Drive <br />Santa Ana, CA <br />Change Order for Adds/Deletes Changes <br />Project Name: City of Santa Ana Detention Center <br />November 14, zo16 <br />Project Summary: During the course of the project there was additional work performed, <br />changes to equipment provided and minor scope changes. In order to accurately capture <br />equipment listed for warranty purposes and additional costs, the following items detail the <br />changes to our base scope of work. <br />Engineering labor to convert pdf electrical drawings into Autocad format in order <br />to provide a working set of security drawings ....... $5,500.00 <br />Q, Additional conduit work including labor and materials for such work. Original <br />scope included minimal new conduit (estimated 400') and reusing existing; <br />however during the installation we found a majority of the existing was unusable. <br />New conduit was required for the laundry room cameras, interview rooms, <br />conduit for PD parking lot entrance camera, as well as Orn floor sectors 1 and i and <br />Pods A, B, C & D and to complete the wire paths at the exercise rooms and in <br />between the water risers by the cells. We furnished and installed approximately <br />another 400' of conduit & 40 additional wall penetrations with conduit sleeves <br />and fire caulk ... ... $16,938.00 <br />46 It was identified at the beginning of the installation that 7 Tripplite UPS and 4 <br />Black Hawk Lab racks were not required as the racks in the IDF rooms had space <br />for our equipment and there was UPS's recently added. We removed them from <br />the scope and it was requested that we provide a Cisco Smartnet 1 Year Warranty <br />for the Cisco switches that were being installed. Credit for removed <br />equipment... $(12,o87.00) <br />4 Provided Cisco Smartnet i year Warranty on the new Cisco switches... $7,130.00 <br />4. Add 4o external microphones to the Mods. In order to accommodate the <br />external microphones, we needed to return 35 of the Axis P3225 cameras and <br />replace them with 35 P3365 cameras which had the ability to integrate the <br />microphones into the system. Note, 5 of the cameras installed in those areas were <br />of the correct type already so they were able to be used....$t1,z89.00 <br />n Furnish fiber connectors and labor to trace, polish, terminate and test existing <br />fiber throughout the jail IDF's in order to connect all network <br />switches... $4,586.00 <br />SOW Page j 1 <br />25D-26 <br />
