on Exhibit "C" attached hereto. CONTRACTOR shall make records containing Roll -Off <br />Service available to the Executive Director at any reasonable time. <br />28. COMPENSATION FOR GRANTS: <br />CONTRACTOR shall be permitted to obtain compensation in an amount approved by the <br />Executive Director for the management of grants pursuant to Section 18(g) herein. <br />29. ADJUSTMENTS TO CHARGES: <br />(a) HAULING AND PROCESSING CHARGES: <br />(1) PRICE INDEX: From July 1, 2018 until the tennination of this <br />Agreement, the index which will be used for determining adjustments to Hauling and Processing <br />Charges shall be the December Consumer Price Index ("CPP') for All Urban Consumers (base <br />years 1982-1984 = 100) for Los Angeles -Anaheim -Riverside CMSA, published by the United <br />States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. The CPI shall be weighted at one <br />hundred (100%) percent. <br />(2) RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE SERVICE: From July 1, 2018 until the <br />termination of this Agreement, the Hauling Charges and Processing Charges for residential <br />curbside service shall be adjusted annually, using the CPI adjustment formula set forth in <br />subsection (a)(1) above without limitation; and shall be calculated at one hundred (100%) <br />percent of the CPI with a five (5%) percent maximum adjustment and a zero (0%) percent <br />minimum adjustment per year. <br />(3) COMMERCIAL CART, BIN AND ROLL -OFF SERVICE: From July 1, <br />2018 until the termination of this Agreement, the Hauling and Processing Charges for <br />Commercial Cart, Bin, and Roll -Off Service shall be adjusted in accordance with the CPI <br />adjustment formula set forth in subsection (a)(1) above. Adjustments to the Hauling and <br />Processing Charges for Cart, Bin and Roll -Off Service shall be calculated at one -hundred (100%) <br />percent of the CPI with a five (5%) percent maximum adjustment and a zero 0% percent <br />minimum adjustment per year. <br />(b) GATE FEES: Should any increase or decrease in the Gate Fees charged by a <br />Disposal Site occur during the term of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall be permitted to <br />pass through to its Commercial Cart, Bin, and Roll -Off Service Customers and CITY shall pass <br />through to its Residential Curbside Service Units one hundred (100%) percent of such increase <br />or decrease in the Gate Fees for that portion of the Solid Waste which is taken to the Disposal <br />Site. CITY shall pass through to CONTRACTOR such increase or decrease in its residential <br />curbside service payments to CONTRACTOR. Should a change in Gate Fees become effective <br />on July 1st of any year, the parties agree to utilize the tonnages from the previous calendar year <br />to determine the percentage of Solid Waste that is taken to the Disposal Site. <br />(c) SOLID WASTE FRANCHISE FEE: Should any increase or decrease in the <br />Hauling and Processing Charge or the Gate Fees occur during the term of this Agreement, <br />CONTRACTOR shall be permitted to pass through to Commercial Cart, Bin, and Roll -Off <br />Service Customers, and CITY shall pass through to its Residential Curbside Service Units, the <br />25F-33 <br />
