1. EXHIBIT 00C° Rates Effective 2017 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the City shall collect the rate of $20.51 on behalf of the Contractor for curbside service. The City shall collect the rate of $18.13 on behalf of the CONTRACTOR for all qualifying senior citizen and mobile park curbside service units. Rates for each additional solid waste collection plastic carts shall be no greater than $10.00 per month.
