7 <br />Container Size <br />10 Cubic yard <br />20 Cubic yard <br />40 Cubic yard <br />MRF Processing <br />Daily Rental <br />Bin Relocation <br />Roll -Off Contamination <br />Dry Run <br />Container Cleaning <br />Haul Rate Additional Fee for Compactor <br />$258.30 $53.83 <br />$258.30 $53.83 <br />$258.309 $53.83 <br />$75.04 Per Ton <br />$5.58 per Day <br />$50.57 per Occurrence <br />$50.57 per Occurrence <br />$71.24 Per Occurrence <br />$32.33 Per Occurrence <br />"All rates include franchise fees and AB 1826 surcharge. <br />After 7 days with no dump <br />In addition to the Roll -Off Service rates set forth above, CONTRACTOR may charge the <br />Roll -Off Service Customer for the actual Gate Fees paid at the Disposal Site or fees <br />charged at the Materials Recovery Facility. <br />SPECIAL BIN SERVICE RATES <br />Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the CONTRACTOR may charge no more <br />than the following rates for Special Bin Services: <br />(A) A bin which needs to be moved in excess of twenty-five (25) feet in order to be <br />emptied may be assessed no more than the following fees: <br />(1) Moving of bins 25 to 50 feet: $1.55 per month times the number of times <br />emptied each week, <br />(2) Moving of bins 51 to 75 feet: $3.04 per month times the number of times <br />emptied each week. <br />(B) A bin which possesses casters may be assessed a caster charge of no more than <br />$3.78 per bin per month. <br />(C) CONTRACTOR may apply a surcharge to bin Customers who use trash <br />compactors of not to exceed a multiplier of 1.5 times the normal bin rate for said <br />service. <br />(D) CONTRACTOR may charge a special service charge of no more than $3.04 a <br />month times the number of times a week a bin is emptied for moving a bin out of <br />an enclosure. <br />(E) CONTRACTOR may charge a fee of no more than $89.50 per bin for an <br />additional bin pickup when such pickup is requested by a Customer. <br />
